FAQs
What is GatherOn?
GatherOn is an app that helps you log, organize, and rehome the things you own. By snapping photos of your stuff, you can see it all in one place, track what you’re keeping or letting go, and connect to options for passing items on.
Who can use GatherOn right now?
At the moment, GatherOn is in Friends & Family Beta. That means it’s only available to a small group of early testers. Your feedback will help us shape the app before a wider launch.
How do I get started?
Download the app (iOS or Android).
Sign in with the email address you used to join the beta.
Start by adding a few items — a jacket, a chair, or even a whole closet.
Explore your dashboard to see totals and patterns.
What kinds of things can I add?
Anything you own — clothes, furniture, books, tools, kitchenware, toys, or even the odd lawn mower. If it’s in your life, it belongs in GatherOn.
What can I do with the things I add?
Keep: Track what you already own.
Consider: Mark items you’re unsure about.
Rehome: When it’s time, you can donate, resell, or give items away.
Will GatherOn tell me how much my stuff is worth?
In this version, GatherOn focuses on helping you organize and rehome. Resale values and care tips are features we’re exploring for future releases.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your items and account information are stored securely. We never sell your data. You can read more in our [Privacy Policy].
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion by contacting us at hello@gatheron.co and we’ll remove your account and all associated data.
What if I have feedback?
We’d love to hear from you! As a beta tester, your input is crucial. You can reply to our emails, use in-app feedback links, or email us directly at hello@gatheron.co.
What does “Gatherism” mean?
Gatherism is our way of describing a new relationship with things. It’s not about guilt or minimalism — it’s about intention, respect, and joy. A Gatherist is someone who collects with care and lets go thoughtfully. GatherOn makes that easy in everyday life.
